Whitechapel 1888 is a revolutionary way for students to revise by combining adventure mystery video games with the demands of the new History GCSE syllabus. This new project merges the content and skills necessary for the new GCSE with engaging game play. Students must collect sources, explore the streets of Victorian England and respond to characters' questions to complete the game and strengthen their curricular knowledge. The project has been developed and researched by London based Visual Artist, Luigi Russo and History teacher and GCSE examiner, Elizabeth Kitto.
